What are the Hospital hours?

     Our hospital is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays.

 

Do I need to have an appointment?

     No, patients are assessed when they enter the building and are prioritized based on stability and urgency of their condition.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

     Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit and H3 Wellness Plus.

 

Can I make payments?

Payment is due in full at the time of service.  Please visit www.carecredit.com or H3 Wellness Plus for a possible payment option.

 

When can I visit my pet?

     We would love for you to come and visit your pet. Please give us a call to make sure we are not too busy before stopping by. You can visit with your pet as soon as a room is available, or in its kennel if rooms are full, as long as there is not a procedure or emergency going on in the back. Please also remember that your pet is at the hospital and will need its rest to heal. Though we love visitors, please be sure that you are allowing enough time between visits for your pet to rest and heal.

 

Are you also a regular vet clinic?

     We are emergency and rehab only. We would like you to take your pet to a regular daytime vet clinic to follow up regarding future non emergency care.

 

Do you do routine procedures?

     We do not do routine procedures. We will be happy to see you and your pet if your regular vet is unable to get you in, but we do not do any spays, neuters, dentals, or vaccinations.
